 Independent Movement -
By allowing the arms to move independently of each other, It delivers the ability to balance the workout when one arm is weaker or injured which encourages symmetrical strength development. Independent motion also allows for bilateral reciprocal training.
Converging or User-Defined Path of Motion - The converging path of motion of chest press mimics the natural way the human arms move. It provides a more complete range of motion with constant torque at the shoulder.

Start Adjustment –
It use a foot kick plate to help the arms get into the proper and comfortable start position. The seat adjustment feature also accommodates user height variation.
