Directions:

1st week:  Take 1 capsule with breakfast. (Do not increase dose if sensitive to this product).
2nd week:  Take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch. Do not exceed four capsules per day.  Discontinue using EVOX Hydrocuts if you feel shakes or hypersensitivity.
3rd week:  Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch.
4th week - onwards:  Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch.
